Instrument Technician

We are seeking an experienced Instrument Technician to join our team in Odense. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instrumentation and control systems used in industrial settings. This includes troubleshooting issues, conducting regular inspections and calibrations, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.

Responsibilities:
- Install new instrumentation systems according to specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing systems
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all instrumentation equipment
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and solve complex problems
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of various types of instrumentation equipment such as transmitters, gauges, controllers, etc.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces or at heights if necessary
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
