We are in search of a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various instruments used in industrial and manufacturing settings. You will work closely with our engineers and production team to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible working hours and has a passion for ensuring quality control in the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments used in industrial and manufacturing settings.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Collaborate with engineers and production team to identify any issues or concerns with equipment.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any potential problems or malfunctions.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance equipment performance.
- Follow safety protocols at all times when working with electrical equipment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, and blueprints.
- Ability to use various tools and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols at all times.
Salary: $1700/month (based on experience)
