Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager in Odense, Denmark, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects from start to finish. Your main duties will include planning and scheduling project timelines, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, budgeting and cost control, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. You must have excellent project management skills and be able to effectively communicate with various stakeholders such as architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. You should also possess strong leadership abilities to manage and motivate your team to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule project timelines to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Oversee budgeting and cost control for all projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and resolve any issues that may arise
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress
- Prepare regular progress reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, etc.
- Proficient in using project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
