We are in search of an experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes to lift, move, and position heavy objects at construction sites or industrial facilities. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating cranes
- Must have a valid crane operator's license/certification
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and instructions for crane operations
- Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including tower, mobile, crawler, and overhead cranes according to safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect crane equipment regularly for any potential safety hazards or malfunctions
- Ensure proper rigging techniques are used when lifting heavy loads to prevent accidents or damage
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or two-way radios during crane operations
- Monitor all gauges, controls, and switches on the crane while in operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane such as lubricating parts, replacing worn cables or pulleys, and cleaning the equipment
- Keep accurate records of daily tasks performed using log books
