Merchandiser Supervisor

We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser Supervisor to join our team in Odense. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising process, ensuring that all products are accurately displayed and stocked in our store. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and train a team of merchandisers. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the merchandising process, including setting up displays and arranging products according to company standards
- Ensure all products are accurately stocked and labeled with correct pricing
- Train and supervise a team of merchandisers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstocking to management
- Collaborate with buyers to determine product placement and promotions
- Maintain visual appeal of store by regularly cleaning displays and restocking shelves
- Address customer complaints regarding merchandise placement or pricing discrepancies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business administration or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in merchandising or retail management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed

Salary: $1100 per month + accommodation.
Location: Odense, Denmark (accommodation provided).
