As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue. You will lead a team of sales representatives and work closely with other departments to ensure the success of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in order to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Biometric passport is required for this position
