Mason Foreman



We are in need of a skilled Mason Foreman to join our team in Odense. As a Mason Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all masonry work on construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and schedule masonry work for various construction projects
- Supervise and direct a team of masons and laborers
- Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and within budget
- Inspect and maintain quality control for all masonry work
- Train and mentor new masons and laborers
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure timely completion of projects
- Order materials and equipment as needed
- Adhere to safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all employees

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason Foreman or similar role in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with other trades and project managers
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position without accommodation. The salary for this role is $1700 per month. You must have your own visa to work in Denmark. This is an urgent job position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.
