As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various aspects of our facilities, including but not limited to buildings, equipment, and appliances. Your main goal will be to ensure that all facilities are functioning properly and meet safety standards. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks as well as responding to repair requests from different departments.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in general maintenance with experience in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work. You must also possess excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair buildings, equipment, and appliances
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues
- Respond promptly to repair requests from different departments
- Perform various tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
- Ensure that all facilities meet safety standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Proficiency in carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and proactive approach
- Physical stamina and strength
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver's license
