Part-Time Administrator


We are seeking a competent and organized Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Odense. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operation of our company. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative work and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation may be provided for the right candidate.
