Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Odense, Denmark
Our hotel is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Odense. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and identifying potential new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify potential new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, events, and operations to ensure cohesive sales efforts
- Create and maintain a database of potential clients
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure business deals
- Monitor competition and adjust strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management role
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and market dynamics
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary package starting at 1300$, dependent on experience. In addition, we provide accommodation for the successful candidate.
