Hotel Sales Manager
We are a luxury hotel in Odense, seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and excellent communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue them
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies
- Create and implement sales plans to meet revenue targets
- Negotiate contracts with clients and ensure compliance with hotel policies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competitors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages considered an asset)
