We are hiring a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Odense, Denmark. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare sales reports and present them to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Biometric passport is required for international travel if necessary

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Additional benefits such as performance bonuses may be offered based on individual performance.

Location:
This position is based in Odense, Denmark. Relocation assistance is not provided; therefore, applicants must already have the right to work in Denmark.
