Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Odense. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue for our hotel. This position is ideal for women looking for a flexible work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners to generate leads and secure contracts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our hotel
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with sales software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
- Must be able to work part-time hours, including weekends if necessary
