IT Support Specialist

Our company is seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Kolding. We are looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual who can provide technical support to our clients and internal staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and recommend solutions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Set up new user accounts and ensure security protocols are followed
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve processes and systems
- Train clients on how to use new hardware or software
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with network troubleshooting and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
