IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Kolding. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of computer systems and software.

In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by clients via phone, email, or in person. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all support requests and their resolutions. Additionally, you may be required to install or update software and hardware on client systems, as well as provide training and guidance on how to use them effectively.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in IT support or a related field. A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred. You should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with clients of varying technical knowledge.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Our company does not provide accommodation or visa sponsorship; therefore we prefer candidates who already have the right to work in Kolding.
