Project Manager

We are a dynamic and growing construction company based in Kolding, seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays that may arise
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Prepare progress reports for clients and upper management
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.
