Teamlead for Remote Customer Service Team in Kolding, Denmark
We are hiring a Teamlead to manage our remote customer service team in Kolding, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate team members.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and coaching as needed
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for new hires
- Implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required
Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1500 USD per month. Accommodation can also be provided if needed.
Location:
This position is based in Kolding, Denmark. However, we offer the flexibility of working remotely from any location within Denmark.
