Project Manager (Part-time) - Kolding, Denmark



We are hiring a part-time Project Manager to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing various projects within our company. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, budget, and execute projects according to set deadlines
- Lead project teams and delegate tasks accordingly
- Communicate project updates to stakeholders and team members
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Conduct project evaluations to ensure successful completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Continuously improve project management processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in project management software tools such as Asana or Trello
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification or relevant training courses
- Experience working in an international environment
- Fluency in Danish or other Scandinavian languages
