Data-Analytics Specialist



As a Data-Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions to fulfill those needs. Your expertise in data analytics will be essential in identifying key metrics and providing actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data sets using statistical methods and tools
- Develop algorithms and models to identify patterns and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data requirements
- Design and implement data collection processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Proven experience in data analytics, preferably in a business setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets using SQL, Python, R or other relevant tools
- Familiarity with statistical concepts and techniques such as regression analysis, time series analysis, clustering etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a simplified manner
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality of work

This position is based in Kolding, Denmark. Candidates from other locations are also welcome to apply.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month along with benefits such as free visa sponsorship and airfare.
