Bilingual Moderator (English/Danish)



We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Moderator to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating discussions, forums, and other online platforms in both English and Danish. Your main role will be to ensure that all content posted is in compliance with company guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online discussions, forums, and other platforms in both English and Danish.
- Ensure that all content posted meets company guidelines and policies.
- Communicate with users who have violated guidelines or policies, providing warnings or taking necessary action.
- Engage with users to answer questions or provide assistance when needed.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve moderation processes.

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Danish (written and spoken).
- Proven experience in moderating online discussions or forums.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with users effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce guidelines impartially.

Preferred:
- Experience working as a moderator for an international company.
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Kolding, Denmark
