Job Title: Facade Designer/Engineer


A leading construction company in Kolding is seeking a talented and experienced Facade Designer/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and engineering various types of facades, including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing systems. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs that meet our clients' needs and requirements. You will also collaborate with architects and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of your designs. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. Salary for this full-time position starts at $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer high-quality facades for various construction projects
- Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and calculations using AutoCAD or other design software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any design issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade design technology
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design/engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to facade design/engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
