Facade Specialist in Kolding, Denmark


We are seeking a highly skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This role requires a strong understanding of different facade materials and techniques, as well as the ability to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to specifications and design plans
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on existing facades to ensure they are in good condition
- Repair any damages or defects in facades, including replacing broken panels or repairing cracks
- Work with a variety of facade materials such as glass, metal, and stone
- Collaborate with architects and project managers to ensure facades meet design requirements and building codes
- Adhere to safety protocols when working at heights or handling heavy equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience working with facade installation and maintenance
- Knowledge of different facade materials and their properties
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work at heights and lift heavy objects as needed
- Experience with scaffolding and other equipment used for facade work is preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month. We also offer accommodation options for our employees.
