Part-time Facade Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a part-time Facade Maintenance Worker to join our team in Kolding. This role is suitable for men who are looking for a job without experience and do not require accommodation. As a Facade Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior walls of buildings, ensuring they are clean, safe, and visually appealing. This job does not offer accommodation or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks on building exteriors
- Inspect and repair any damages to the facade
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times
- Use appropriate equipment and materials for cleaning and repairs
- Communicate with building owners or managers regarding any issues or concerns
- Follow safety procedures at all times while on the job site

Requirements:
- No prior experience is required for this role
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to spot potential issues with the facade
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques is preferred but not required
- Must have valid work visa in Denmark (own visa job)

Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
