Welder and Fabricator


We are in need of a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our team in Kolding. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing metal structures and equipment through the use of welding techniques. You will work with a variety of metals, such as steel, aluminum, and iron, to create high-quality products for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, templates or marking devices
- Operate welding equipment to fuse metal parts together according to project requirements
- Use hand tools such as grinders, saws, and drills to shape and fabricate metal pieces
- Inspect welded joints for structural integrity and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working with equipment and handling materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or apprenticeship in welding preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Welder or Fabricator in a similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Skilled in using various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Familiarity with different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to operate hand tools effectively
- Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this part-time position.

This job is located in Kolding. Relocation assistance is available for candidates who require accommodation.
