Architectural Technologist - Kolding, Denmark



The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced Architectural Technologist with a strong background in building design and construction. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting architects and engineers in the planning, design, and construction of various building projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop detailed plans and drawings for building projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of buildings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for project development
- Research and select appropriate materials, systems, and construction methods for projects
- Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and specifications for building projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with contractors during the construction phase to ensure adherence to plans and specifications
- Review project progress and make necessary revisions or adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of building design principles, codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings and plans
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary & Benefits:
