Architectural Technologist



Our architectural firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Kolding. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting our architects in the design and construction of various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with architects to develop detailed building plans and specifications
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess site conditions
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project proposals
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Job: This is a contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role is required.

Visa Sponsorship: We welcome candidates who already have their own visa for working in Kolding.

Student Jobs: This position is open to students who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program. We offer flexible hours that can accommodate your class schedule.

Location: This position is based in Kolding, Denmark. However, we are open to international candidates who are willing to relocate.
