Architectural Designer (Contract)


We are a well-established architecture firm based in Kolding, seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects in the city of Kolding.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and other members of the design team to develop project goals and requirements
- Utilize strong design skills and knowledge of building codes to create high-quality architectural designs
- Create detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information
- Communicate with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location: Kolding, Denmark

Contract Duration: This is a contract job with the possibility of extension.

Accommodation: Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Visa Sponsorship: Our company is able to assist with obtaining a work visa for non-EU candidates if necessary. However, candidates with their own visa will also be considered.
