Junior Commercial Architect
We are a leading architectural firm based in Kolding, seeking a creative and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and project managers to assist in the design and development of commercial buildings. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to gain experience in the field of commercial architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to develop commercial building designs
- Use software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create detailed drawings and 3D models
- Conduct site visits and assist with client meetings to gather project requirements
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs
- Assist with project management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors
- Constantly learn about new trends and developments in commercial architecture to bring fresh ideas to projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month.
