Commercial Architect for Biometric Passport Design and Implementation in Kolding, Denmark

Our architectural firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to lead the design and implementation of biometric passport technology in Kolding. As the Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for biometric passport systems, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, and overseeing the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and efficient designs for biometric passport systems that meet client needs and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders to understand project specifications and ensure client satisfaction
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary information for design development
- Create detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design concepts to clients
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines
- Manage project budgets and resources to ensure profitability for the firm

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Commercial Architect, preferably with experience in designing biometric passport systems
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
