Part-Time Commercial Architect


A boutique architecture firm in Kolding is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. We specialize in commercial projects such as office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month and visa sponsorship for non-Danish candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project goals
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans for commercial projects
- Utilize design software to create 3D models and renderings
- Work closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

This is an urgent position that requires the selected candidate to be available immediately.
