As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, leading a team of architects and designers, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Manage a team of architects and designers
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is progressing according to plans
- Review project plans and designs for accuracy and feasibility
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD or Revit to create detailed designs and plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology
- Identify potential issues or challenges during the design process and develop solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture management
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer competitive compensation with a salary of 1200$ per month for this part-time position.
