Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects in our firm. Your main duties will include developing project plans, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring quality control throughout the design process. You will also be responsible for leading a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure successful project completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams. This full-time position is based in Kolding and offers a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation is not provided. This is an urgent job opportunity so immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans based on client requirements
- Manage budgets and timelines for each project
- Oversee quality control throughout the design process
- Lead a team of architects and designers
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Collaborate with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Communicate progress updates and address any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design processes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and external partners
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
