Senior Architect


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Kolding. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various projects. This role requires strong leadership abilities, as well as excellent technical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Oversee construction process and ensure compliance with design plans
- Mentor and manage junior architects and interns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other related software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this full-time position.
