Senior Architect in Kolding, Denmark

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that designs meet the requirements and are implemented successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from initial design to construction completion
- Develop detailed designs and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and provide guidance to contractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in residential or commercial projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, and contractors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates. This is a full-time position with the possibility for flexible working hours. Students looking for part-time work are also welcome to apply.
