Job Title: Senior Architect



We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Kolding. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of architectural projects, ensuring they meet all aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from conception to completion, collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Develop detailed plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure construction is in line with plans and specifications
- Review project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, incorporating new techniques and materials into designs as appropriate
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on complex projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architect, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proficiency in CAD software (Autodesk Revit preferred)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and ADA requirements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas to clients, contractors, and team members
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
