Job Title: Senior Architect
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative design solutions that meet their requirements. You will also oversee a team of architects and collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural design, project management, and client communication. A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects is required. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1800$ and includes visa sponsorship. All genders are welcome to apply.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
- Prior experience working with clients preferred
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through construction phase
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, budget, and timeline
- Develop creative design solutions that meet clients' requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations
- Oversee a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Create detailed drawings, models, renderings, and other visual representations of proposed designs
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure their satisfaction with the final result
- Monitor progress of projects, identify potential issues or delays, and take necessary actions to keep projects on track
- Conduct site visits as needed to ensure construction is in accordance with design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices
- Mentor and train junior architects as needed
Location:
This position is based in Kolding, Denmark. However, we are open to considering candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate.
