Excavator Operator for Contract Work in Kolding, Denmark


We are in need of an experienced Excavator Operator for a contract job in Kolding, Denmark. As an excavator operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to excavate, grade and move earth or other materials. You will be working on a variety of projects, such as construction sites, road works, and land development.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery, specifically excavators. A valid biometric passport is required for this position. You must also have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow safety procedures at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and other areas as needed
- Use attachments such as buckets and hammers to break up rocks and other materials
- Safely maneuver machinery on job site while avoiding obstacles and maintaining stability
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors to meet project deadlines
- Inspect equipment before each use and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Adhere to all safety regulations and policies at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience operating excavators on various job sites
- Valid biometric passport for international travel (must be able to travel to Kolding)
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions from supervisors
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a construction or excavation setting
