Excavator Operator

Our company in Kolding is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of excavators and will be responsible for safely and efficiently performing excavation and digging tasks on construction sites. The Excavator Operator will work closely with the construction team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per week, and accommodation can be provided if needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of excavators to perform excavation and digging tasks on construction sites
- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and other technical documents
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Communicate effectively with members of the construction team to ensure project goals are met
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and equipment usage reports

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating excavators in a construction setting
- Valid excavator operator license or certification
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as project plans and blueprints
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating multiple types of excavators, including mini-excavators, backhoes, or track hoes
- Familiarity with GPS technology for precise digging operations
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed for project completion
