Excavator Operator


We are in need of an experienced and skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Kolding. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move, load and grade earth, rock or other materials on construction sites. Your main objective will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the excavator while following all safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment and perform routine maintenance
- Dig trenches, level earth and remove debris as needed
- Operate excavator attachments such as buckets, hammers or thumbs
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Excavator Operator in a construction environment
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment operation
- Knowledge of excavation techniques, equipment maintenance and safety protocols
- Physical strength and stamina to handle long hours of operating heavy equipment
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1000 per week for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Kolding but may require travel to various job sites within the region.
