We are hiring a passionate and dedicated English Language Teacher to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As an English Language Teacher, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective lesson plans, providing feedback to students, and monitoring their progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of current teaching methods and techniques
- Ability to work with diverse groups of students

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of individual students
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their language skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as needed
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to improve teaching methods and curriculum
