Personal Trainer


As a Personal Trainer at our fitness center in Kolding, you will be responsible for providing personalized fitness programs and coaching to our clients. Your expertise in exercise and nutrition will help our clients reach their health and fitness goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping others, has a strong knowledge of exercise science, and is able to work with clients of all ages and fitness levels.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with new clients to assess their fitness level, goals, and any medical considerations or limitations
- Create personalized exercise and nutrition plans based on client's goals, abilities, and preferences
- Lead individual or group training sessions to guide clients through workouts and ensure proper form and technique
- Monitor client progress regularly through measurements, assessments, and feedback to adjust plans as needed
- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to help clients stay on track with their fitness journey
- Educate clients on proper nutrition, hydration, rest, and recovery strategies for optimal results
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times

Requirements:
- Certification in personal training from a reputable organization such as NASM or ACSM (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of hire)
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, exercise science, and nutrition principles
- Experience working with diverse populations including individuals with special needs or medical conditions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others towards their goals
- Passion for health and fitness with a desire to continuously learn and grow in the industry

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Kolding.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in personal training. Candidates must also have a valid biometric passport. This position is open to students as well.
