As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests receive impeccable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and delicious menus that cater to different dietary requirements and preferences.
- Manage food inventory and ordering to ensure freshness and availability.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to plan special events or promotions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef preferred but not required.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train others.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus).
- Must have or be willing to obtain necessary work permits/visas for employment in Denmark.
