Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing for ingredients
- Create marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Location:
Kolding, Denmark

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
