Part-Time Restaurant Manager

We are in need of a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Kolding. As a part-time manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing staff, and ensuring the efficient functioning of the restaurant during your shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during your shifts
- Ensure that all food and beverage items meet quality standards
- Manage staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Handle customer complaints and provide satisfactory resolutions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial principles
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1700$ per month (based on experience)

Location: Kolding, Denmark
