We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in the vibrant city of Kolding. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food and beverage preparation, service, and overall customer experience
- Hire, train, and manage staff members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Create schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Valid visa for working in Kolding (own visa jobs preferred)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. The exact salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
