Job Title: Junior Barista

As a Junior Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages in our cafe located in Kolding. Your main duties will include taking customer orders, using espresso machines to make coffee drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area, and handling cash transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, as well as excellent communication skills. While previous experience is not required, we are seeking someone who is eager to learn and develop their skills in the art of coffee making. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1300 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide menu recommendations
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Operate espresso machines and other equipment with precision
- Ensure quality control by following proper recipes and measurements
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times

Requirements:
- No prior experience needed
- Passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays if needed
