Instrument Technician
As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of instruments used in industrial processes. This can include but is not limited to pressure gauges, thermometers, flow meters, and level indicators. You will work with a team of technicians to ensure that all instruments are functioning properly and accurately measuring various process parameters. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and problem solve in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Install new instruments according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on existing instruments
- Troubleshoot and diagnose instrument issues
- Repair or replace faulty instruments as needed
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs performed
- Communicate with other technicians and engineers regarding instrument performance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of different types of instruments
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in Instrumentation or related field
- Experience with PLC programming
Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Kolding, Denmark (accommodation provided)
