Entry Level Construction Manager

As an Entry Level Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain experience in the construction industry and has a passion for project management.

Responsibilities:
- Assisting in project planning and scheduling
- Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential issues
- Managing project budget and expenses
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Conducting site visits and inspections
- Reporting project status to senior management
- Providing support to the project team as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of construction processes and terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. Primavera, Procore)
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges
