Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager in Kolding, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to plan and execute each project.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in construction management and at least 3-5 years of experience in the field. You should also possess excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for managing a team of workers on construction sites. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all stages of construction projects from planning to completion
- Create and manage project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage and supervise on-site workers
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Communicate project updates to relevant parties regularly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to read blueprints and use construction software
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Kolding (open to all nationalities)
