Job Title: Office Assistant
We are hiring a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our daily office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, filing, and data entry
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Keep the office area clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong typing skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English language
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
